We have three costume blocks here. I am not sure if they completely represent
new costumes but we will find out.

Going by what I know from World Tour, these costumes are for people with
a body type of 0. They are small.

At least that's what the first one was about.
I tried editing the second one and I dunno what the fuck. maybe if I make
a complete replacement for costume 1 up there I can see what's going on.
